Since we opened in September 2003 we’ve served a lot of visitors in our tasting room, and we’ve filled even more orders online. (Thank you!) As we shipped all of that wine, we noticed some patterns in wine choices – many folks select similar quantities and wine combinations, which tells us something about the typical palates among our customers.
